Irish Ambassador Vincent O' Neill Opens Primary School in Village of Kawese in Eastern Kenya.
The Irish Ambassador Dr Vincent O'Neill travelling on Sunday May 6th 2018 and was accompanied by John McCarrick, head of the Kenyan Child Foundation CLG and a Kenya Government County Education official.
The Ambassabor opened the new wing of St Patrick's Primary School , kawese hosting over 200 pupils , with plans to further expand the school in the near future.
Due to the heavy rain that has fallen over the last 2 months, the Ambassador travelled the last leg of the journey to the school by ox cart or mkokoteni.

Access to the school difficult due to recent rains/muddy road no problem via Ox cart!
